Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain back-end services and APIs using the .NET stack - Contribute to architectural decisions, code quality standards, and technical direction for the application - Collaborate with product, front-end, and data teams to deliver end-to-end features - Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability issues across services - Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and share knowledge across the team - Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Requirements - Several years of professional experience as a back-end engineer with strong .NET / C# expertise - Solid grasp of software design patterns, clean architecture, and modern development practices - Hands-on experience with relational databases, RESTful APIs, and cloud environments - Comfort working independently in a remote-first setup with flexible hours - Strong problem-solving skills and clear written and verbal communication
Nice to have - Background in logistics, supply chain, freight, or marketplace platforms - Familiarity with microservices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines - Exposure to AI-driven features or real-time data processing
