Lead Analyst

Role overview Investigate complex business questions and turn fragmented healthcare and marketing data into insights that guide growth, engagement, and investment decisions. The role goes beyond standard reporting: it involves building analytical models and repeatable workflows, then explaining findings clearly to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities - Gather, combine, prepare, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets from internal and external sources. - Build scalable analytical workflows and automate recurring data and analysis tasks. - Use Python and AI-assisted methods to prototype analyses and explore new questions. - Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across healthcare, marketing, and engagement data. - Develop analyses such as segmentation, referral and regional opportunity studies, forecasting, media mix and response curve modeling, and competitive assessment. - Present findings through clear narratives and visualizations, working with strategy, creative, account, and analytics colleagues.

Requirements - At least 4–5 years of experience in analytics, statistical modeling, data strategy, marketing or healthcare analytics, consulting analytics, or a related quantitative field. - Advanced Python skills for analysis and automation, plus fluency with SQL and cloud data management such as AWS. - Experience with large, varied datasets and building repeatable analytical workflows. - Strength in methods such as statistical modeling, segmentation, forecasting, geographic or behavioral analysis, and opportunity sizing. - Ability to combine evidence across sources and communicate concise, useful conclusions. - Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools, data, and methods.

Nice to have Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical data, including claims, patient, referral, promotional, market research, web, or email data. Familiarity with search, social, longitudinal, geographic, media, web traffic, or natural language datasets is also relevant.
