Video Editor (remote)

Role overview Edit and prepare polished video for a range of platforms, working mainly in 2D while taking on post-production tasks for immersive and VR content. You’ll collaborate with production, marketing, and content colleagues, and help viewers through community channels by responding to questions and feedback.

Responsibilities - Edit and master 2D and VR footage, including stereo correction and checks on image and audio quality. - Improve footage through color correction, grading, and sound design. - Render, export, and optimize videos for different formats and destinations. - Organize incoming media and maintain clear file archives. - Troubleshoot workflow or technical issues and explore useful post-production techniques and tools. - Coordinate with internal teams on project goals and respond to community questions and feedback.

Requirements - Demonstrated 2D editing experience supported by a strong portfolio. - Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve and After Effects. - Strong file management, organization, and multitasking skills. - Good judgment in visual style, pacing, and storytelling, with the ability to work independently. - Clear communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; able to learn new software quickly. - Fluency in English and Russian.

Nice to have - VR editing experience, including stitching, 360-degree video, or other immersive media. - Familiarity with Mistika VR, Adobe VR workflows, or Fusion Studio. - Motion design skills.
