Power Solution Architect - Strategic Accounts (Nationwide)

Role overview Serve as a strategic technical leader designing and optimizing electrical power delivery systems across industrial, data center, and enterprise applications. This remote architect role bridges engineering and commercial teams, driving innovation and shaping differentiated solutions for complex power challenges.

Responsibilities - Partner with sales teams nationwide to provide technical expertise during business development, proposal efforts, and estimation. - Interpret project specifications and contribute to RFI and RFP responses and supporting technical documentation. - Develop scalable, standards-compliant power system architectures that meet performance, reliability, and operational goals. - Evaluate and select components based on technical and commercial criteria, and recommend design optimizations and alternative solutions. - Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineering teams to refine solutions based on customer and stakeholder feedback. - Represent the organization at industry events, mentor teams, and support training initiatives that scale expertise. - Influence technical and commercial strategies and advocate for technology integration and digital transformation.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; Master's degree preferred. - Five or more years of experience in power system architecture. - Background working with an electrical power-distribution OEM. - Expertise in UL and IEEE standards and prevailing industry practices. - Data center and colocation power-distribution experience, including high-availability distribution architectures. - Strong analytical and communication skills, with exposure to power equipment sales or commercial collaboration. - Demonstrated innovation leadership and vendor engagement.
