Technical Lead - Fashion

Role overview This position leads the technical direction for a fashion-focused CGI and content production operation, owning the systems that turn creative briefs into scalable photoreal output. The role blends hands-on engineering with team leadership, sitting at the intersection of CGI craft, pipeline automation, and emerging AI workflows. Scope spans the full vertical: tooling, rendering, data flows, and production standards for apparel, footwear, and luxury product visualization.

Responsibilities - Own and continuously improve the technical pipeline, including tooling, automation, data flows, and production standards - Lead the technical team while coaching artists and art directors on more effective ways of working - Set direction and focus for AI exploration across content production workflows - Proactively identify bottlenecks and convert them into scalable, repeatable fixes - Step into hands-on technical work when needed and translate successful approaches into team-wide practice - Help shape the technical and production roles required as the operation scales

Requirements - Demonstrated experience in a senior technical role such as CG Supervisor, Technical Director, Pipeline Lead, or equivalent - Strong command of CGI pipelines, DCC tools, rendering, and production processes - Practical scripting knowledge sufficient to guide developers and make sound technical decisions - A hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset with strong systems thinking - Genuine curiosity about AI, paired with the judgement to distinguish substance from hype - Clear, confident communication across artists, art directors, developers, and producers

Nice to have - Background in product visualization, fashion, sportswear, luxury, or digital twin production
