About this role
Role overview A cyber resilience platform is hiring a Product Designer to help evolve its flagship product, designing flexible, intelligent frameworks rooted in object-oriented thinking and grounded in user research. The role is an individual contributor position reporting to the Director of Product Design, with remote work in the UK and bi-annual EMEA in-person meetups.
Responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery of product features within each quarter, aligning output with team goals and quality standards. - Translate complex cybersecurity data into clear, intuitive user interfaces using human-centered methods such as user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes. - Formulate hypotheses and validate design decisions through both quantitative and qualitative research. - Apply Object-Oriented UX to build reusable components and actively contribute to the shared design system. - Use customer insights, behavioral analytics, and metrics to prioritize roadmap initiatives and measure tangible impact. - Act as a sparring partner for product managers and engineers, articulating the "why" behind design choices with evidence.
Requirements - Experienced, customer-centric, and data-driven product designer. - Strategic vision paired with strong user empathy and analytical rigor. - Comfort with success scenarios, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. - Track record of influencing KPIs through shipped design work. - Ability to scale solutions with an eye on commerciality and platform-level impact. - Collaborative mindset with a passion for inclusive, psychologically safe design culture.
