About this role

Role overview Serve as a Technical Account Manager for an AI-powered cancer diagnostics platform, owning the full customer relationship from onboarding through ongoing success. The role bridges technical implementation and customer success, working closely with Product, R&D, and Sales while acting as the trusted partner for hospital and clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Own assigned customer accounts across the entire lifecycle, covering technical account management and customer success. - Lead onboarding and implementation, including solution deployment, configuration, integrations, and coordination across internal and customer teams. - Serve as the primary point of contact, building trusted relationships with technical, operational, and business stakeholders. - Drive adoption and value realization by understanding workflows, monitoring usage, and proactively identifying improvement opportunities. - Own account health, identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure customers remain successful and engaged. - Coordinate technical issue resolution with Support, Product, and R&D, and provide hands-on troubleshooting when needed.

Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Account Manager, Technical Implementation Manager, or similar customer-facing technical role in Digital Pathology, IMS, EHR, or healthcare IT. - Proven experience owning the full customer lifecycle from technical engagement and implementation through go-live, stabilization, adoption, and growth. - Track record managing customer relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring satisfaction and retention. - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior and C-suite hospital stakeholders. - Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IT infrastructure, and healthcare data privacy and compliance requirements including HIPAA. - Hands-on, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent written and verbal English.

Nice to have - Experience with Digital Pathology workflows and integrations, and supporting transitions from analog to digital clinical workflows. - Additional language skills beyond English.
