Work is fully remote and follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
Responsibilities

Nice to have
- Previous MSP or help desk experience handling multiple customers in tools like Zendesk or PSA platforms. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Entra, mailbox behaviour, and phishing scenarios. - Basic SIEM and log analysis skills, including event codes and correlation across data sources. - Foundational networking knowledge covering VPNs, IP addressing, and geo or usage anomalies.
