About this role
Role overview A customer success role focused on healthcare provider clients, blending strategic advisory work with hands-on execution. The position owns the full post-sale journey, guiding accounts through onboarding, adoption, and renewal while acting as their primary advocate inside the organization.
Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end customer relationships, leading onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for an assigned portfolio of provider accounts - Develop and execute tailored success plans aligned to each customer's strategic goals and operational workflows, using analytics to demonstrate value and ROI - Balance strategic planning with day-to-day problem solving, ensuring smooth handoffs from implementation into steady-state operations - Collaborate with Growth, Product, and internal subject-matter experts to align solutions with customer needs and channel feedback into product improvements - Track adoption, satisfaction, and renewal metrics, surfacing expansion opportunities and delivering executive-ready reports on account health
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - 5+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting, ideally within healthcare or technology - Comfort operating in small, fast-moving teams where both strategic thinking and tactical execution happen daily - Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders from operational staff through executive leadership - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences - Proficiency with PowerBI and data analytics, plus an analytical mindset for interpreting KPIs
Nice to have - Background in early-stage or high-growth company environments - Familiarity with healthcare operations, prior authorization workflows, or revenue cycle optimization - Willingness to travel up to 30%
