SRE Lead Technical Leadership Professional

Role overview Provide technical leadership for product and system delivery, from design completion through validation, qualification, and release to high-volume production. The work centers on testing advanced components and systems, evaluating performance and risk, and coordinating engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to improve reliability and meet quality and customer needs. This is a remote role with occasional travel for training or meetings.

Responsibilities - Lead delivery and performance across software or hardware products, coordinating design, test, manufacturing, quality, and business partners. - Develop and execute engineering test strategies for verification and qualification; analyze results and identify performance or reliability risks. - Drive corrective actions and resolve complex product issues through the product introduction and lifecycle process. - Advise leaders on technical and operational approaches within relevant product or business areas. - Lead special projects, manage competing priorities, and report metrics, measurements, and trends to senior stakeholders.

Requirements - At least 2 years of project leadership experience. - Experience with technologies used in applications or infrastructure, plus unit testing and mocking. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results on established timelines. - Strong communication and presentation skills, including presenting to senior leaders. - Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements, or trend reports. - Ability to work independently through complex technical challenges and contribute to improving consumer experiences.

Nice to have - MBA or another advanced degree in a relevant field. - Experience leading large, visible programs across multiple project teams or working in a dedicated site reliability engineering organization. - Understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes; Six Sigma or ITIL certification.

The stated annual pay range is $117,600–$161,700, with bonus incentive eligibility.
