Director, AI Product Strategy

Role overview A senior leadership seat on a Product Strategy team, bridging product management, business strategy, design, and technology for client engagements. The director acts as a forward-deployed engineer and architect, leading multidisciplinary teams that design, validate, and ship end-to-end digital experiences and orchestrated agentic AI workflows. The role combines hands-on work with cutting-edge AI tools and high-level advisory responsibilities to senior client executives.

Responsibilities - Architect end-to-end orchestrated AI agent workflows spanning consumer-facing digital experiences and complex internal client operations. - Own the full lifecycle from discovery, research, and strategy through requirements, design, delivery, and launch. - Translate complex AI capabilities into clear narratives and business outcomes for senior executive clients. - Partner with design, engineering, program delivery, marketing, and client partnership teams to set direction and validate feasibility. - Lead multi-disciplinary teams across design, strategy, and technology in a fast-paced environment. - Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, leading engagements with agency and consulting rigor.

Requirements - Proven experience in a digital agency or consulting environment. - Deep background as a Product Owner or Manager shipping large-scale, consumer-facing digital products across web, app, CMS, or enterprise platforms. - Practical, applied experience with modern AI tools, agentic design, governance, and workflow transformation. - Track record of delivered AI experiences that go beyond lab or POC work into shipped and evaluated production. - Understanding of the difference between deterministic and probabilistic systems and how to design for it. - Working fluency with cloud and LLM ecosystems including Google Cloud/Vertex AI/Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI/Microsoft Copilot.

Benefits and work setup Remote within the United States. The role is not open to candidates in New Mexico, Alaska, Montana, or Hawaii. Salary range $170,000–$200,000 USD.
