About this role
Role overview
This Salesforce Administrator position sits within a Revenue Operations and Enablement function that exists to unlock efficiency and lift productivity across client-facing teams throughout the full revenue cycle. The role combines hands-on systems administration with internal consulting: gathering user requirements from business analysts, building technical solutions, and partnering with enablement colleagues who train end users. It is suited to someone who enjoys being the go-to expert on a commercial technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the core revenue technology stack, with Salesforce (and related tools such as Salesforce CPQ and Salesloft or equivalents) at the heart of the work. - Rapidly build expertise in new tools and features, then translate that knowledge into practical guidance for revenue team members. - Provide responsive, high-quality support to internal customers, modeling a service-oriented approach to systems work. - Partner closely with Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations colleagues to scope, design, and roll out innovative solutions. - Lead the implementation of new ideas that optimise workflows and empower sales representatives to perform at their best. - Juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment while keeping delivery disciplined.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a revenue or sales operations role working with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Salesloft, or comparable platforms. - A self-motivated mindset with strong ownership of learning new processes and following through on outcomes. - Genuine enthusiasm for helping sales people work better through technology. - Strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver results in a high-performance setting. - A collaborative approach, comfortable sharing both workload and knowledge with peers. - Experience supporting a globally distributed sales team is a welcome plus.
Nice to have
- Formal Salesforce credentials such as Salesforce Administration, Apex Development, or Salesforce CPQ certification. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Jira. - Prior experience operating inside a SaaS business model.
Benefits and work setup
- Candidates must live within commuting distance of London offices, with a flexible policy that does not mandate a fixed number of in-office days. - Base salary range of £41,000–£60,000 GBP, with starting offers placed near the middle of the band based on experience, skills, and education, in line with internal pay equity practices. - Flexible vacation above statutory leave, company-wide holidays, and meeting-free "timeout" days. - Open culture with autonomy from day one and ownership of work, supported by an environment designed for productive collaboration whether remote or in office. - Resources for professional development and lifelong learning. - Medical and retirement benefits (location-dependent) plus an Employee Assistance Program and employee resource groups to support wellbeing.
