About this role
Role overview
This role owns a real-time personalization product suite within a Customer Data Infrastructure group. The mission is to capture user behavior as it happens and enable brands to act on customer intent in milliseconds, powering live personalization that goes far beyond what stale data can deliver. It is a senior, high-impact product position within a lean, technically demanding environment where each PM drives their area independently.
Responsibilities
- Drive the roadmap and execution for the Real-Time suite, from specifications through shipped product - Partner closely with engineering on architecture, scaling tradeoffs, and system design decisions - Own competitive research and customer evidence, shaping strategy and positioning for the real-time offerings - Build and ship event collection pipelines, SDKs, and tooling that reliably deliver live customer data at scale - Develop sub-second evaluation systems that layer event streams on top of historical warehouse data - Design and ship low-latency APIs that serve unified customer data to live experiences in milliseconds - Represent the suite in front of large enterprise brands and support go-to-market counterparts
Requirements
- Demonstrated technical depth, with experience shipping product in data platforms, events, distributed systems, identity, or cross-product platforms - Strong customer research skills and the conviction to build for unstated needs, including in front of large enterprises - Outcome-focused mindset, judging work by the result it drove rather than volume shipped - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesize complex moving parts for engineers, customers, and executives - Track record of ramping quickly on new concepts and domains, including using AI to accelerate learning
Benefits and work setup
- Location-independent base salary range of $240,000 - $320,000 USD under a remote-first policy - Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window
