Responsibilities

- Lead the engineering team responsible for the no-code customer activation product - Push the limits of warehouse query performance, including query optimization and pre-computed state strategies - Build tooling for audience building, experimentation tracking, and downstream measurement - Explore real-time audience computation as warehouses adopt streaming and CDC technologies - Apply generative AI to make data activation workflows more seamless - Hire, grow, and retain a high-impact engineering team

Requirements

- Experience as an engineering leader who remains an active technical contributor - Track record shipping significant product features on top of data warehouses or databases - Strong background in analytics, experimentation, or data infrastructure - Ability to recruit and develop engineers - Comfort balancing a high technical bar with pragmatic delivery

Nice to have

- Experience with CDC or streaming warehouse technologies - Familiarity with applied generative AI in product workflows
