AI Solutions Architect- Post-Sales (UK)

Role overview Join a customer success team focused on AI security as a post-sales Solutions Architect, helping enterprise clients deploy, adopt, and scale protective technology for their AI systems. This remote UK role partners closely with customers after the sale to translate technical environments into secure, high-performing integrations while acting as a long-term trusted advisor.

Responsibilities - Design and lead secure deployments of AI security solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid customer environments - Provide hands-on technical guidance on containerized workloads, cloud networking, and infrastructure best practices for safe AI operations - Serve as the primary post-sale technical contact, owning customer success outcomes and helping teams scale their usage over time - Diagnose configuration issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and proactively recommend optimizations - Deliver enablement sessions, hands-on workshops, and documentation that allow customer teams to operate independently - Capture structured customer feedback and partner with product, engineering, and research teams to shape roadmap priorities

Requirements - Proven experience in a post-sales, customer success, or solutions engineering role, ideally with AI, security, or cloud-based products - Strong Docker and containerization experience; familiarity with Kubernetes is highly desirable - Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including networking and Infrastructure as Code - Working proficiency in Python - Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to guide customers through iterative solution design - Excellent communication skills and comfort working with both technical and business stakeholders

Nice to have - Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and tooling such as LangChain, LangGraph, or MLOps platforms
