Partner Solutions Engineer
Job details
About this role
Role overview A founding-style role on the partner solutions engineering team, building the technical backbone of a SI and consulting partner program. You'll own enablement, demos, integrations, certifications, and field support for partners who deliver analytics implementations. The position is highly cross-functional, blending curriculum design, technical selling, and product feedback.
Responsibilities - Design and own the technical enablement curriculum for the SI and consulting partner ecosystem, including certification tracks, workshops, sandbox environments, and reference assets. - Build and maintain a partner-facing demo library so partners can deliver strong product demos independently. - Run technical onboarding for new partners, including kickoff enablement, joint solutioning sessions, and architecture reviews. - Deliver live and recorded trainings, workshops, and recurring office hours to scale partner self-sufficiency. - Serve as the technical point of contact on complex or strategic partner deals, supporting proof-of-value work, architecture design, and objection handling. - Produce partner-facing collateral such as solution briefs, implementation guides, best-practice docs, and demo scripts. - Channel partner feedback back to Product and Engineering to close integration or capability gaps.
Requirements - Five or more years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture, ideally with channel, SI, or consulting partner experience. - Hands-on fluency with SQL and Python, and comfort building analytics workflows in a notebook-style environment. - Experience designing training curricula or enablement programs from scratch. - Strong live-presentation and demo skills with energy for regular partner-facing sessions. - Working knowledge of the modern data stack and how SI partners scope analytics engagements.
Nice to have - Comfort building new infrastructure rather than maintaining existing programs. - Willingness to travel approximately 25 to 30 percent for partner enablement, workshops, and field events.
Benefits and work setup - Competitive compensation and equity, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible paid time off. - Listed on-target earnings range of $177,000 to $236,500.
