Sr Systems Analyst

Role overview Serve as a central partner to divisional analytics teams, helping them turn business needs into a practical data strategy. You’ll coordinate the creation and delivery of data assets and act as a key contact for business stakeholders when issues or escalations arise.

Responsibilities - Learn business needs and help analytics teams define and carry out a data strategy. - Coordinate development and delivery of data assets across teams. - Serve as a contact for stakeholder questions, issues, and escalations. - Apply knowledge of application configuration, cloud computing, big data analytics, and integration technologies to support data work. - Define and manage requirements, support rapid prototyping, and work within iterative software development processes. - Consider system performance and use analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving to move work forward.

Requirements - One of the following: a bachelor’s degree and four years of IT experience; technical certification and/or college coursework with six years of IT experience; or eight years of IT experience. - Knowledge of application configuration, big data analytics, cloud computing, and integration technologies. - Experience with requirements definition and management, rapid prototyping, and Agile, Scrum, or iterative development methods. - Understanding of system performance management. - Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have - A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - Experience onboarding data systems and an ability to execute plans effectively.
