Senior Outbound Product Manager

Role overview Drive the next stage of growth for an Internal Developer Portal (IDP) product within a software delivery platform organization. This hybrid product-management and field role owns a new-ARR target while leading a shift from a historically sales-led motion toward product-led growth, and shaping how the market thinks about developer portals in the age of AI and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities - Carry a new-ARR target for the IDP line, blending cross-sell expansion with product-led revenue motions. - Serve as the deep product specialist on inbound interest and cross-sell deals, running technical demonstrations and supporting discovery, RFP responses, and product-related Q&A. - Deliver technically accurate, value-driven product demos tailored to diverse customer contexts, as a core expectation from day one. - Develop and publish an opinionated point of view on AI's impact on developer experience, including whether traditional internal developer portals fit an agentic world. - Produce 3-5 net-new marketing or content assets (technical or thought leadership) in the first 90 days, initially focused on a single capability area. - Build and maintain the go-to-market kit, including collateral, business-value assessments, demo environments, and sales enablement; feed the most common deal-blocking gaps back to engineering. - Grow the product toward a self-sustaining motion, whether product-led or sales-attached.

Requirements - Demo-native and comfortable carrying a quota, equally at home in a product spec and on a customer call. - Technical, sales-engineering-style background with the depth to earn a customer's trust and the communication instincts to teach and persuade. - Hands-on experience with developer experience and developer platforms, paired with demonstrated thought leadership on AI's impact on DevX and opinionated views backed by experience. - Comfort operating at a senior-to-staff level, with travel flexibility to support field functions.
