Forward Deployed Engineer

Role overview Help enterprise customers bring a security platform into their environments and make it work reliably at scale. You’ll turn customer needs into technical plans and build integrations in a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role.

Responsibilities - Work directly with customer engineering teams to understand their infrastructure and deployment needs. - Translate requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans. - Build custom integration workflows for existing systems. - Support connections to identity providers, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and compliance processes. - Help ensure deployments fit smoothly into customers’ environments and can scale.

Requirements - Ability to work directly with enterprise engineering teams on technical deployments. - Experience translating customer requirements into implementable technical designs. - Ability to build integrations across identity, cloud, CI/CD, or compliance systems. - Comfort taking ownership of customer-facing technical work.
