UX Researcher

Role overview Join a growing research and insights function supporting digital products in the online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming space. This mid-level role partners with Product, Design, Marketing, and senior research leadership to deliver end-to-end UX and CX studies that translate player evidence into clear, actionable insight.

Responsibilities - Translate business questions into scoped UX/CX research plans spanning Product, Design, and Marketing priorities, delivered on time and to a high standard. - Run qualitative and quantitative studies from briefing and method selection through scripting, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting, using AI-assisted tools where appropriate. - Plan and conduct usability testing, journey mapping, experience evaluations, and concept or prototype testing across websites, apps, features, and content. - Track and report core CX measures (NPS, SUS, satisfaction, ease of use) and connect them to behavioral trends, segments, and attitudinal data via dashboards. - Facilitate in-person and remote research or design workshops that help cross-functional stakeholders align on findings and next steps. - Recruit participants from hard-to-reach player segments, including VIPs and customers in specific state markets.

Requirements - 3-5 years in a UX or CX research role, ideally within digital products, gambling, gaming, or a comparable consumer sector. - Hands-on experience with usability testing, journey mapping, concept and prototype testing, and CX measurement including NPS and CSAT. - Proficiency with research platforms such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Survicate, and Power BI, with willingness to learn new tools quickly. - Strong stakeholder communication skills and a collaborative, organized approach suited to a fast-paced, scaling environment. - Understanding of research ethics, participant consent, and data privacy, with sound judgment handling sensitive player information. - Self-motivation and comfort working remotely via video calls and tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams.
