Role overview
Lead the development of proprietary online casino games from initial concept and business case through production, certification, launch, and performance optimization. The role combines product strategy, game production, design judgment, commercial thinking, and cross-functional delivery across slots, card and table games, arcade titles, or multiple categories.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete game lifecycle, including concepts, business cases, design, development, QA, certification, release, and post-launch performance review. - Build and manage a game roadmap informed by player needs, market opportunities, portfolio gaps, and business priorities. - Translate strategy into clear game concepts, design documents, requirements, priorities, milestones, and actionable development plans. - Guide mechanics, mathematics, features, art, animation, audio, UI/UX, and overall player experience to achieve a polished product. - Lead collaboration with external studios, platform and RGS partners, product, engineering, art, mathematics, QA, compliance, release, analytics, marketing, and operations teams. - Manage delivery risks, dependencies, decisions, stakeholder communication, quality, and speed to market. - Ensure designs, functionality, documentation, testing, and integrations meet applicable regulated-market and certification requirements. - Use player insights, game data, portfolio performance, placement, and promotional opportunities to improve titles and inform future decisions.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in iCasino product management, game production, game design, or closely related casino-game development. - Direct experience developing and launching real-money casino games in slots, card and table, arcade, or a comparable core category. - Strong understanding of the casino-game lifecycle, including concept development, mathematics, production, certification, integration, and launch. - Demonstrated success delivering games with internal teams, external studios, or both. - Strong knowledge of mechanics, mathematics principles, feature development, player experience, UI/UX, and regulated iCasino requirements. - Excellent product-management and production skills covering prioritization, requirements, roadmaps, planning, stakeholder management, and decision-making. - Strategic, commercially aware, player-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving studio environment.
