Associate Product Manager / Associate Game Producer - Casino Games

Role overview

Support the creation and launch of proprietary online casino games across slots, card and table games, and arcade titles. This early-career role combines product management, game production, creative development, quality review, regulated-market delivery, and post-launch performance analysis while working with internal teams and external development partners.

Responsibilities

- Help move games through concept, design, development, QA, certification, launch, and post-launch review. - Maintain requirements, game design documentation, priorities, milestones, feedback, decisions, and production trackers. - Own defined workstreams such as features, game variants, smaller projects, or individual titles with guidance from senior leaders. - Research casino mechanics, themes, player behavior, competitor products, and industry trends to identify opportunities. - Participate in reviews of gameplay, mathematics, art, animation, audio, UI/UX, and overall presentation. - Coordinate deliverables and feedback among studios, artists, mathematicians, engineering, QA, compliance, release, analytics, and product teams. - Play and assess games during development, identify issues, and provide structured feedback against quality standards. - Help coordinate documentation, testing, certification, release readiness, and performance learnings for regulated markets.

Requirements

- At least three years of experience in product management, game production, game development, casino content, gaming, or a related digital-product environment. - Strong interest in casino games, social casino, mobile games, or related categories, with curiosity about mechanics, mathematics, player behavior, and experience design. - Basic understanding of the software or game development lifecycle from concept through testing and launch. - Strong organization and project-coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on dependencies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, and willingness to learn from experienced specialists. - A collaborative, feedback-oriented approach and genuine interest in building polished player experiences.
