Role overview This senior product role owns strategic initiatives across two growth-focused domains within a core platform group: scaling a referral program as a durable acquisition channel and strengthening the systems that power a sustainable client marketplace. The position is remote within Brazil and operates as a senior individual contributor, partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into shipped product.
Responsibilities - Drive the roadmap for tools that simplify how services reach the market, increasing value for clients, end users, and partners - Define and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders - Champion continuous improvement by evaluating existing products, processes, and methodologies - Author and execute the product roadmap aligned to business goals, balancing strategic and short-term priorities - Use analytics and user research to measure success, surface growth opportunities, and iterate on features - Promote a culture that values wellbeing and sustainable work-life balance alongside delivery
Requirements - Proven track record as a product manager, ideally owning global products end-to-end from ideation through post-launch optimization - Demonstrated success collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams in fast-paced environments - Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics tools such as Looker or Metabase - Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, sprint planning, and backlog management - Entrepreneurial, self-directed approach with strong written and spoken English for daily business communication - AI-enabled working style, applying modern tools to enhance productivity and product thinking
