Benefits and work setup - Fully remote role within a high-trust, async-by-default global team; candidates based in or around Europe are likely to be most successful given the international scope - Twice-yearly in-person offsites to connect, align, and build relationships across time zones - Competitive, market-benchmarked base compensation that varies by experience and country of hire, plus a comprehensive benefits package supporting well-being, growth, and work-life balance - Generous paid time off, strong family-inclusive benefits coverage, and additional wellness perks
