Junior Pro Manual QA Engineer

Role overview A remote, junior-level manual QA role focused on design-oriented quality assurance for WordPress projects. The work centers on verifying that built websites match approved Figma designs pixel-for-pixel across desktop, tablet, and mobile, then expanding into broader web QA responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities - Compare built pages against approved Figma files and document visual discrepancies in spacing, alignment, typography, color, icons, and imagery. - Test WordPress pages after development, including Gutenberg and custom blocks, menus, headers, footers, forms, buttons, and other page sections. - Verify responsive behavior across breakpoints and flag layout breaks or inconsistencies. - Run pre-delivery checks before client review to confirm the result matches the approved design. - Write structured, clear bug reports that are useful to both developers and designers.

Requirements - Sharp visual eye and strong attention to small design differences. - Solid knowledge of responsive web layouts and breakpoints. - Ability to compare built work against Figma files and document mismatches precisely. - Basic WordPress understanding and willingness to learn quickly. - Upper-intermediate English (B2 or higher). - Organized, patient, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator across developers, designers, and project managers.

Nice to have - Hands-on WordPress admin and page editing experience. - Figma proficiency including inspect mode. - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to identify layout and styling root causes. - Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar task tools. - Awareness of accessibility basics and experience testing multilingual sites.
