Role overview Contribute to a real-time AI platform built for sales teams, integrating with calendar, email, and CRM systems to deliver pre-meeting insights, live in-call guidance, and post-call analytics such as buyer sentiment and action items. Join an early-stage, well-funded team at a pivotal moment ahead of a planned funding round, with enterprise pilots already underway at large organizations. The work centers on building desktop software that feels truly native on macOS and Windows while integrating tightly with AI-powered features and real-time data pipelines.
Responsibilities - Design and ship production desktop applications for macOS and/or Windows - Reason about low-level concerns including process architecture, memory, CPU usage, IPC, permissions, windowing, file system access, and auto-updates - Build features in Swift (with Objective-C as a plus) on macOS and Rust, C++, or C# on Windows - Maintain and extend an existing Electron-based desktop product - Apply React and frontend craft to deliver responsive, smooth interfaces - Collaborate with product and backend teams to integrate real-time AI features end to end
Requirements - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years building production desktop applications - Advanced Swift for Mac work, and strong Rust or C++ for Windows work - Deep understanding of operating system behavior and desktop application architecture - Production experience with Electron and solid frontend sensibility using React - Strong engineering judgment, problem-solving ability, and high execution standards - Advanced English (C1 or higher)
Nice to have - Publishing apps to the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store - Familiarity with code signing, notarization, and update channels like Sparkle or Squirrel - Experience with audio/video capture, accessibility APIs, or system-wide overlays - Exposure to AI-powered product features or real-time data pipelines - Experience with FastAPI or Python backends
