Technical Program Manager, Colocation Service Delivery & Management

Role overview This role owns the end-to-end delivery and ongoing capacity management of large-scale, third-party network infrastructure assets across US markets. The position sits at the intersection of vendor management, network engineering, and operations, driving complex capacity, colocation, and dark fiber projects to support growing service demand.

Responsibilities - Manage third-party infrastructure delivery from build through connectivity, acceptance, and documentation, including project tracking and preparation of technical drawings and scopes of work. - Run kickoff and recurring status meetings, coordinating across teams and escalating through vendor management when delivery timelines are at risk. - Maintain quality and accuracy of leased infrastructure documentation, keeping the network inventory aligned with commercial contract records. - Identify and operationalize process improvements that increase efficiency across cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners. - Steward the colocation and leased-asset portfolio so it continues to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements - BA/BS degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent practical experience. - 4+ years developing and managing network infrastructure programs, including vendor management and delivery of dark fiber, bandwidth, and colocation space/power. - 2+ years leading space/power build-out projects in data centers or third-party colocation facilities. - Experience leading project teams or vendor resources against defined success metrics. - Hands-on experience ordering and managing colocation space, including AC and DC power consumption.

Nice to have - Colocation subject-matter depth across planning, design, and engineering of standalone and data center sites. - Capacity headroom management with power consumption analysis tied to business demand. - Central Office design, electrical and mechanical best practices, and space/power planning experience. - Familiarity with project management and network inventory tools such as Netcracker, ServiceNow, Sitetracker, and GSuite. - Contract negotiation and network acquisition background.

Benefits and work setup - US base salary range of $102,900–$166,600, plus bonus and benefits; final compensation varies by location. - Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
