Senior Business Data Analyst

Role overview This senior analytics role partners with network engineering, field operations, and other internal teams to turn operational data into decisions for a residential and business internet services organization. The position blends SQL-based data engineering with stakeholder-facing storytelling through dashboards and visualizations. It is well suited to an analyst who enjoys owning projects end to end in a continuously evolving environment.

Responsibilities - Build data-driven dashboards, reports, and insights used to prioritize business strategy - Investigate complex datasets to surface the underlying drivers of business outcomes - Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the organization - Manage projects from scoping through delivery, addressing challenges proactively and meeting deadlines - Partner with engineering teams to optimize how systems, tools, and pipelines interact with analytics

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience - 5 years of experience working with datasets, visualizations, modeling, and dashboards - 3 years of experience presenting data-based models to stakeholders at all levels - 3 years of experience writing SQL to transform raw data into actionable intelligence

Nice to have - Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform tools such as BigQuery and Looker - Experience working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Salesforce, and network systems such as Netcracker, Axiros, or Alepo - Strong communication skills with audiences ranging from technical to non-technical
