Role overview This Senior Full Stack Engineer role is part of a team building a hiring intelligence platform that automates complex interview scheduling for enterprise talent teams. The work spans front-end and back-end development, with a strong emphasis on customer-centric architecture, test-driven development, and shipping features that meaningfully improve the hiring experience for candidates, interviewers, and recruiting teams.
Responsibilities - Architect and implement new features, and iterate on or maintain existing functionality across the platform. - Investigate and debug issues reported by customers, driving them to resolution. - Partner with Product and Design teams to plan feature development and shape the technical roadmap. - Drive performance and stability improvements across the application. - Demo new features to internal stakeholders at company-wide meetings. - Own projects end to end, from initial concept through release, and pick up new languages, systems, or models as the market evolves.
Requirements - 5+ years of professional software development experience. - 3+ years of experience with JavaScript or TypeScript. - 3+ years of experience with React. - Advanced knowledge of web development and a deep understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem. - Experience with debugging and observability tools such as Datadog. - Background in object-oriented design and development, test-driven development, relational databases, and REST-based communication.
Nice to have - Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS. - Experience with web performance optimization. - Experience with CSS and SCSS. - Experience working with Figma. - Experience with LangChain or LangGraph. - Experience extending a component library. - Background riding through a rapid growth phase alongside a scaling engineering team.
