Fullstack Developer (Python/ Javascript)

Role overview Build end-to-end web applications and help move older business systems into maintainable, modern architectures. The work spans responsive front ends, Python services, data migration, integrations, and production delivery, with direct collaboration across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities - Design and maintain web applications with Python and Django services and JavaScript or TypeScript user interfaces. - Lead migrations from legacy platforms, including data transfer, API integration, and cutover planning. - Build REST APIs and develop or tune SQL workloads across relational databases. - Use AI coding assistants and contemporary development tools to support design, implementation, and testing. - Guide peers through pairing, design reviews, and shared code quality practices. - Support automated delivery pipelines, test coverage, production stability, and issue resolution.

Requirements - At least five years of professional experience delivering both front-end and back-end web software. - Strong practical experience with Python/Django, JavaScript or TypeScript, and a modern UI framework such as React, Vue, or Angular. - Advanced SQL skills and experience with MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL, API design, and legacy system migration. - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery tools, cloud platforms such as Azure, and Docker. - Comfortable owning work end to end, engaging with business users, and collaborating across teams. - Fluent written and spoken English, with clear technical communication skills.
