Lead Implementation Consultant

Role overview Lead complex software and hardware implementations for major business customers, guiding each project from requirements through launch and adoption. You will act as the primary implementation contact, coordinate internal and customer teams, and advise stakeholders on change management and effective use of the system.

Responsibilities - Define and track implementation measures, and take ownership of successful onboarding for assigned accounts. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. - Gather customer needs, align stakeholders on scope, and recommend an implementation approach. - Identify project risks and issues early, then coordinate actions to keep delivery on track. - Monitor customer readiness and adoption across relevant parts of the organization. - Lead virtual or in-person customer sessions and travel to customer locations when needed; travel is estimated at about 40%.

Requirements - At least three years of project management or related experience in a business-to-business setting; experience in telematics, logistics, or fleet management is preferred. - Evidence of delivering complex projects successfully, including managing timelines and resolving obstacles. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for coordinating cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders. - Analytical problem-solving skills and proficiency with project management tools. - Experience developing customer-focused solutions based on client requirements.

Nice to have A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and project management professional certification are preferred.
