Job details
About this role
Role overview Design and guide revenue operations solutions for organizations seeking more connected, efficient go-to-market processes. You’ll lead discovery and architecture decisions, then work with consultants, developers, analysts, and client teams to deliver scalable improvements across systems, data, integrations, and automation—including considered uses of AI.
Responsibilities - Lead early discovery and scoping, define the proposed approach, and estimate delivery work. - Diagnose fragmented go-to-market systems, inconsistent data, duplicated records, and manual handoffs; guide fixes through implementation. - Design integrations and workflows using custom code, iPaaS or automation platforms, and existing product capabilities. - Assess where AI or agents can improve operations, balancing automation with human review and privacy, security, and compliance needs. - Advise clients on build-versus-buy choices and explain architecture decisions, trade-offs, and standards to technical teams and executives. - Coach colleagues on solution design and stay current on relevant technology and AI developments.
Requirements - At least eight years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, or a related core discipline, with working knowledge across the others. - Experience architecting or administering systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo, and designing data models and integrations. - Ability to assess go-to-market platforms and choose between built-in features, declarative automation, code, and integrations. - Track record of finding root causes in complex systems and carrying solutions through to delivery. - Able to lead client and internal teams, communicate technical decisions to varied audiences, and work with lean or agile delivery methods. - Comfortable collaborating by video in a remote-first environment.
Nice to have Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect certification, or progress toward one.
