Sr. Designer, 3D (Spatial Planning & Rendering)

Role overview

A senior 3D design role leading spatial design for major experiential marketing projects, from conceptual sketches through fabrication-ready documentation. The position partners with creative and design leadership to shape ambitious brand experiences that come to life in physical environments.

Responsibilities

- Lead 3D design for major projects, translating briefs into spatial narratives that move from concept to built reality, including spatial systems, architectural concepts, and material palettes that flex across environments and brand touchpoints. - Produce photorealistic renderings that capture lighting, materials, human scale, atmosphere, and brand narrative. - Partner with Creative Directors and Design Directors to challenge assumptions and push spatial concepts into new territory. - Move ambitious ideas into production through technical development, fabrication documentation, and installation planning, with a deep awareness of materials and real-world performance. - Collaborate with 2D and Motion Designers to connect spatial work with the broader visual system across every angle. - Lead client presentations, communicate spatial concepts clearly, and defend creative decisions with conviction. - Manage complex projects from concept through fabrication, balancing creative ambition against timelines and technical constraints.

Requirements

- Extensive professional 3D design experience in an agency, experiential, architectural, or related environment. - Expert proficiency in Cinema 4D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Rhino, plus experience with rendering plugins and AI-enabled workflows. - Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat. - A portfolio demonstrating conceptual depth, diverse project experience, exceptional craft, and work that has actually been built. - Strong spatial instincts, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate as a creative partner rather than a pure renderer.

Benefits and work setup
