Staff Product Manager, RevOps & Finance Systems

Role overview A senior product management role leading the strategy and delivery of internal platforms that support revenue operations and finance workflows. The position partners closely with engineering, finance, and go-to-market stakeholders to shape tooling used across billing, quoting, and revenue-related processes. It is a remote role based in the United States.

Responsibilities - Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RevOps and finance system initiatives - Collaborate with finance, sales operations, and engineering to surface and prioritize opportunities - Lead discovery, requirements definition, launch, and post-launch iteration - Translate business workflows into clear technical requirements and user stories - Drive automation, data quality, and operational efficiency across revenue-related tooling

Requirements - Significant experience as a senior or staff product manager on internal or B2B platforms - Familiarity with revenue operations domains such as billing, quoting, subscriptions, or revenue recognition - Proven ability to work with finance, accounting, or sales operations partners - Skill at turning business processes into scalable, well-modeled product requirements - Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences - History of leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept through delivery
