Senior Solutions Architect

Role overview This is a senior solutions architect role that partners with internal teams and customers to translate business needs into sound technical designs. The position is fully remote and based in South Korea, with a regional focus on the local market. It blends pre-sales support, technical advisory, and implementation guidance across the sales and delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities - Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned to customer and business requirements - Support sales conversations, product evaluations, and proof-of-concept work - Guide implementation teams through deployment, integration, and adoption - Produce solution documentation, reference architectures, and best-practice guidance - Share regional customer feedback with product and engineering teams

Requirements - Significant experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or pre-sales - Strong knowledge of modern cloud, infrastructure, or platform technologies - Ability to explain complex technical ideas to varied audiences - Comfort working independently in a remote, distributed team - Professional fluency for engaging with customers and partners in the region
