Role overview A Director-level Product Management role responsible for shaping the strategy and roadmap for an agentic software delivery product line. The position leads a team of product managers working at the intersection of AI agents and software development workflows. The role is remote within the United States.
Responsibilities - Define and drive the product vision for agent-based software delivery capabilities - Lead and develop a team of product managers across multiple workstreams - Partner closely with engineering, design, and applied research teams to ship capabilities - Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and prioritization - Engage directly with users to translate developer pain points into product investments
Requirements - Significant experience as a Product Manager, including management of other PMs - Background in developer tools, DevOps platforms, or software development lifecycle products - Familiarity with AI agents, code generation, or autonomous coding concepts - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data - Excellent written communication for strategy documents and stakeholder updates
