About this role
Role overview Drive end-to-end delivery of mobile network operator integrations for a connectivity platform that lets tech companies embed telecom into their products. As the first hire in a brand-new technical project management function, you will shape the playbook while orchestrating API-based, multi-stakeholder programs from signed contract through to live traffic.
Responsibilities - Run the integration program: timelines, status trackers, risk and decision logs, and launch-readiness checklists. - Hold internal teams and external carrier partners accountable to a single shared plan. - Track milestones, dependencies, and risk across build, commercial, and regulatory workstreams, driving resolution rather than just reporting status. - Read carrier API and technical specifications directly and translate them into sequenced execution plans. - Sit in architecture discussions with Engineering as a technical peer on API contracts, eSIM, and interconnect flows. - Act as connective tissue between product, engineering, connectivity operations, the carrier, and third-party vendors. - Help build the templates, tools, and processes for how the function operates as it scales.
Requirements - 5+ years in technical program or project management, technical delivery, or solutions or partner engineering, with hands-on experience running API-based integrations. - Comfort reading API documentation and technical specs directly and holding substantive technical conversations with engineers. - Track record of owning ambiguous, multi-stakeholder builds end-to-end with external partners, from kickoff to launch. - Sharp, structured communicator able to drive alignment across Engineering, Product, and external stakeholders. - Bias to unblock: spotting risk early and driving it to resolution rather than escalating and waiting.
Nice to have - Prior exposure to telecom, MVNO, eSIM, or carrier or network operator ecosystems.
Benefits and work setup - Competitive compensation plus stock options. - Home-office or work-setup stipend and a learning and development budget. - Free phone and international data plan. - Hub-based collaboration with flexibility for focused remote work, plus occasional travel for team workshops, customer meetings, and a bi-annual company off-site.
