Forward Deployed Engineer (100% Remote)

Role overview Embed with customers to turn promising AI ideas into working agentic workflows, from early prototypes through production-oriented implementations. This is a hands-on engineering role: you will learn each customer’s domain and systems, build solutions that address concrete business outcomes, and help customer teams take ownership of the work. Kubernetes and cloud-native operations provide the platform foundation.

Responsibilities - Learn a customer’s business context, data, and systems, then identify useful AI workflow opportunities. - Design and build prototypes and production-track agentic workflows using MCPs, skills, and an agent platform. - Adapt solutions to customer data and integrations, and demonstrate what the platform can support. - Pair with customer engineers and run workshops or enablement sessions so they can maintain and extend the solutions. - Share recurring customer needs and product gaps with the product team. - Support selected pre-sales work by scoping use cases and building examples.

Requirements - Hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions architecture or forward-deployed engineering. - Practical experience building with agentic AI, including MCPs, agent frameworks, or tool-using language models. - Ability to learn unfamiliar business domains quickly and turn findings into technical solutions. - Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native operations. - Clear communication with both business stakeholders and engineers. - Comfort working through ambiguity and aligning part of the workday with European time zones (UTC−2 to UTC+2).

Nice to have - Experience with developer relations, workshops, technical enablement, or solutions architecture.

Benefits and work setup - Fully remote. The published salary range is €70,000–€100,000; starting pay is determined using a formula that accounts for location, experience, and responsibility.
