Microstrategy Core Application Lead

Role overview Lead the design, delivery, integration, and ongoing operation of a business intelligence application environment supporting healthcare administration and analytics. The work spans reporting and operational workflows, platform modernization, performance, and coordination across technical, business, and vendor teams. The role calls for substantial experience in MicroStrategy leadership or delivery.

Responsibilities - Oversee planning, development, enhancements, and day-to-day operation of the MicroStrategy environment. - Support analytics used across eligibility, claims, provider management, member services, reporting, and financial processes. - Coordinate with architects, developers, analysts, testers, operational teams, and vendors to deliver a secure and dependable platform. - Lead platform modernization, resolve complex technical issues, and coordinate data interoperability. - Apply sound practices in BI application management, data integration, cloud services, APIs, and DevSecOps to improve reliability and performance.

Requirements - At least 15 years of relevant professional experience, including five or more years in BI or application leadership, MicroStrategy administration or development, systems integration, or technical program support. - Experience with MicroStrategy architecture, schema design, dashboards and reports, and performance tuning. - Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, secure coding, and compliance practices. - Ability to work across technical and operational teams and coordinate work across vendors. - Familiarity with HIPAA, protected health and personal information handling, and federal security controls. - Technical training, certifications, or a degree; U.S. citizenship is not required. A moderate background investigation is required.

Nice to have - 20 or more years of technical experience or prior experience supporting a third-party healthcare administration program.
