Senior Product Manager, Partnerships
Job details
About this role
Role overview Serve as a market-facing product presence inside the partner ecosystems of major platforms, working alongside product and solution leaders at Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, and Stripe. The mission is to surface strategic signal early, check it commercially, and feed it back to the partner product team so the company shapes ecosystem shifts rather than reacting to them. This is not a business development or delivery role; it focuses on influence, written analysis, and ecosystem intelligence.
Responsibilities - Build standing relationships with product and solution leaders at Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, Stripe, and with principals at major fundraising agencies and consultancies. - Cover roughly 2–3 Salesforce conferences per year (including Dreamforce), HubSpot Unbound, Stripe and Visa events, 1–2 Microsoft events, and in-person partner meetings; each event ends in a written outcome memo with implications. - Return from the field with the raw material of a product story and write it up as a lightweight spec. - Track moves by Stripe, Visa, PayPal, and Agentforce early enough for the company to act first. - Log every signal in a shared intake where partner experience patterns get turned into quantified bets. - Source wedge plays, white-label demand, and warm-door opportunities within agency and reseller motions. - Bring product truth to the market by knowing the platform at architecture depth and answering capability questions with authority. - Use AI tools to track ecosystem moves, synthesise field signal, and sharpen written cases.
Requirements - Ecosystem-native experience, either inside Salesforce, HubSpot, or Stripe, or in partner-domain work with these platforms, or a proven record of building such a relationship network from scratch. - Commercial fluency: ability to size a market motion, including ICP, mechanics, and revenue logic. - Architecture-level knowledge of a platform, including capabilities, integrations, multi-tenancy, and upcoming direction. - Strong writing discipline: written memos and cases are the role's main output. - Demonstrated ability to influence without direct ownership; wins ship through counterparts. - Russian language proficiency, as the bridge to a largely Russian-speaking product and engineering organization. - Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Nice to have - Curiosity about where AI and agentic commerce are taking the broader ecosystem.
Benefits and work setup - Compensation range of $167,000 to $196,000 OTE, with final figures based on experience, skills, and location. - Health, dental, and vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employee plus family. - FSA and HSA spending accounts. - 20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus one floating holiday. - 401(k) plan with company match. - 100% company-paid short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and AD&D. - Paid parental leave (12 weeks primary, 6 weeks secondary caregiver). - Generous home office stipend and an annual professional development stipend. - Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits.
