Role overview
Revenue Analytics Manager owns the analytics layer that connects marketing, partnerships, and sales into a predictable revenue engine. The role centers on building dashboards, attribution models, and lead-routing logic so that demand generation spend and partner-sourced leads are tracked end-to-end. It is an individual contributor position embedded in Revenue Operations, collaborating daily with marketing, partnerships, sales, and finance teams. AI is treated as a default working tool for accelerating analysis and reducing manual reporting.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking demand generation and partnership performance across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and ROI. - Analyze campaign, channel, and partner data to inform marketing and partnerships strategy. - Partner with marketing to design and optimize multi-channel campaigns spanning paid, organic, email, and events that produce qualified pipeline. - Track and improve co-marketing, referral, and affiliate program performance alongside the partnerships team. - Build and maintain attribution models and lead scoring that tie marketing and partner activity to revenue outcomes. - Partner with finance on forecasting models for marketing and partnership-sourced pipeline. - Manage lead routing and handoff processes between marketing, partnerships, and sales. - Translate data findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders across departments. - Design process improvements that scale demand generation and partner operations as the team grows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps focused on demand generation, marketing operations, or partnerships/channel operations. - Strong SQL skills. - Fluency in Excel or Google Sheets. - Hands-on experience with a data visualization tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. - Hands-on experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce. - Ability to move between marketing, partnerships, sales, and finance conversations while maintaining analytical precision.
Nice to have
- Startup or SaaS experience. - Familiarity with attribution or web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo Measure (Bizible), or Segment. - Exposure to partnership or affiliate management platforms such as PartnerStack, Impact, Crossbeam, or Reveal. - Working knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Meta Ads Manager.
