About this role
Role overview
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a fast-growing giving surface on a global nonprofit fundraising platform. The feature lets donors support multiple causes in a single checkout, and the Product Manager will shape strategy, drive discovery, and lead delivery — from roadmap to engineering-ready specifications to launch. Success means growing average order value, multi-designation adoption, and reliability while protecting payment correctness and risk posture.
Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and translate it into a 12–24 month roadmap with clear prioritization and rationale. - Engage directly with customers and customer success teams, partnering with analytics to identify growth opportunities. - Write detailed engineering specifications covering requirements, edge cases, and open questions. - Drive features from idea through launch, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and risk. - Monitor key health and growth metrics such as conversion, average gift size, and error rates, and diagnose what drives them. - Prepare customer success and sales teams for every launch so they can engage customers proactively. - Keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and plan changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning a product area end-to-end with accountability for outcomes rather than just tasks. - Demonstrated ability to build and defend a multi-quarter strategy and roadmap. - Strong data orientation: ability to analyze funnels, interpret metrics, and surface growth levers. - Track record of writing specifications engineers can build from without ambiguity. - Systems-thinking mindset with an eye for dependencies and downstream impact of decisions. - Strong UX sensibility and ability to advocate for quality experiences within the team. - Comfort working across design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Background in e-commerce or multi-step checkout flows. - Experience with nonprofit, donor, or fundraising contexts. - Familiarity with payment flows or financial products. - Daily use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, specifications, and communication.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote position based in Cyprus (CET hours), with a distributed product team of 160+ professionals. - Russian-speaking team environment; English fluency at C1 required. - Compensation range of €5,600–€6,100 gross, plus equity options. - 31 days of paid time off. - 100% covered telemedicine plan. - Home office setup assistance (chair, desk, monitor). - 50% reimbursement for English courses (up to $1,000/year) and gym or pool (up to $500/year). - 100% reimbursement for relevant professional education (up to $1,500/year). - Co-working stipend up to $250/month. - Flat structure with transparent culture, collaborative product team, and clear product vision.
