Job details
About this role
Role overview A Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of campaign pages on a global donation platform used by major nonprofits. The role sits close to revenue, focused on turning visitors into donors through scalable, enterprise-ready page experiences. This is a fully remote position based in Turkey on CET hours, joining a Russian-speaking team with strong English fluency required.
Responsibilities - Set a 6–12 month roadmap for the campaign pages area, aligned with broader pre-donation experience priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions to leadership and stakeholders. - Run continuous discovery using customer feedback, GTM input, support data, funnel metrics, and competitive signals, distinguishing one-off requests from systemic opportunities before anything is built. - Lead delivery end-to-end with a dedicated engineering lead, product designer, and product analyst, keeping a backlog ready 2–3 sprints ahead and ensuring launches are properly instrumented. - Own product health and enterprise readiness, including conversion rates, page performance, reliability, publishing issues, and support volume, while resolving deal-breakers within agreed SLAs. - Partner with growth on personalization, experimentation, and average-revenue-per-visitor initiatives, prioritizing hypotheses against product data and carrying learnings across checkout, elements, and campaign pages. - Coordinate dependencies across platform, checkout, gift cart, billing, and integrations teams, and keep GTM, support, and customer success aligned on what is shipping and why.
Requirements - 5+ years in product management or product ownership, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS, martech, e-commerce, or conversion-focused products. - Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area, including roadmap, discovery, execution, launch, and measurement. - Strong delivery discipline: clear PRDs, well-defined edge cases, and the ability to keep engineering unblocked. - Analytical rigor using funnels, metrics, support signals, and qualitative feedback to prioritize. - Systems thinking that connects surface-area work to checkout, payments, analytics, integrations, and GTM workflows. - Working understanding of growth and experimentation, including how hypotheses are generated, prioritized, and measured. - Strong UX sensibility and a collaborative partnership with design. - Hands-on, everyday use of AI tools in product work. - Strong written English and professional spoken English.
Nice to have - Experience with landing pages, campaign or website builders, CMS systems, or donation/checkout flows. - Hands-on work in experimentation, personalization, or conversion optimization, including converting paid traffic after landing. - Background in nonprofit technology, fundraising, payments, or marketing operations. - Experience handling enterprise customer requests and GTM escalations.
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote within Turkey on CET hours. - 31 days of paid time off. - 100% paid telemedicine plan. - Home office setup assistance, English learning courses, and professional education support. - Gym or swimming pool allowance, plus co-working support. - Compensation range of $4,600–$5,000 gross per month, depending on experience, skills, and location.
