Role overview
Lead delivery for complex, multi-project digital portfolios serving enterprise clients across the Americas. This senior role combines tactical project management with strategic discovery, roadmap development, client partnership, and continuous improvement across distributed, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery outcomes across several concurrent digital projects, maintaining alignment with client goals and business objectives. - Monitor scope, budget, schedules, dependencies, and delivery risks, escalating issues and enabling timely decisions. - Coordinate strategy, design, engineering, and quality-assurance contributors to maintain high delivery standards. - Lead discovery activities that translate client needs into practical plans, measurable outcomes, and actionable roadmaps. - Improve delivery processes, team efficiency, predictability, and collaboration across the project portfolio. - Strengthen client relationships by identifying opportunities to increase value, extend engagements, and support long-term account success.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients. - Strong client-facing communication skills, including the ability to guide stakeholders, manage escalations, and build trust. - Experience identifying and resolving delivery risks while coordinating with project teams and leadership. - Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams spanning strategy, design, engineering, and QA. - Clear, confident written and verbal communication, with strong judgment and decision-making skills.
Nice to have
- Experience applying CMS platforms and AI capabilities to digital products or experiences. - Background in discovery, product roadmapping, process improvement, or expanding client engagements.
