Role overview A 100% remote opportunity for a senior-level creative to produce premium AI-generated short-form films and series on a daily cadence. The work focuses on crafting 60–90 second micro-dramas in genres like dark romance, horror, thriller, and fantasy, distributed across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The role sits at the intersection of generative AI tooling and disciplined storytelling craft, where every frame must feel intentional.

Responsibilities - Produce daily vertical short-form episodes designed to perform with or without sound on mobile-first platforms. - Develop striking, scroll-stopping visuals that stay consistent in character and style across episodes. - Engineer precise prompts and iterate on AI outputs for video, image, and audio until creative goals are met. - Apply editing fundamentals—composition, pacing, and visual flow—so each cut advances the emotional arc. - Design natural-sounding voice and audio layers that read clearly even on silent autoplay. - Match the visual style and tone of each series to its narrative world without sacrificing shipping speed.

Requirements - 2–5 years of professional experience using AI tools for video, image, or audio generation. - Strong command of editing fundamentals, including frame composition, pacing, and visual flow. - Demonstrated prompt engineering skill with precise, iterative inputs that produce predictable creative results. - Portfolio of completed AI-generated video work or traditionally edited video at a high standard. - Ability to work independently and ship content quickly without constant creative direction. - Familiarity with vertical video specifications and platform-specific best practices for short-form content.

Nice to have - Background in classic film, TV, or series production. - Understanding of dramaturgy and story construction. - End-to-end ownership of the AI video creation cycle, from concept to final delivery. - Prior experience creating short drama or AI content for TikTok and YouTube.
