About this role
Role overview Support the revenue organization of a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform by owning sales compensation end-to-end while partnering broadly across go-to-market teams. The role blends detailed operational execution with investigative analysis, helping sales leaders trust their payouts and make sharper decisions based on pipeline, conversion, and attainment data.
Responsibilities - Run the monthly commission cycle, from data preparation and payout validation through handoff to Payroll, ensuring accuracy and clarity for the field. - Translate approved compensation plans into precise payout calculations and comp letters, handling new hires, role changes, and plan updates. - Investigate and resolve payout and data discrepancies, documenting root causes and adjustments. - Lead exploratory funnel analyses that surface growth drivers and shape team focus. - Build reports and executive dashboards covering pipeline health, conversion velocity, and revenue attainment. - Partner on territory design, capacity planning, and target-setting using data-driven trade-offs. - Streamline recurring workflows with systems and operations partners, using AI where it reduces manual effort and improves accuracy. - Document processes and business rules to keep the function scalable and auditable.
Requirements - 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Compensation Operations, Finance, or a comparable analytical role in B2B SaaS or another recurring-revenue business. - Ability to explain a payout calculation to a rep, a performance trend to a leader, and a business requirement to a systems partner. - Comfort owning a recurring process end-to-end and improving it along the way. - Track record of building and auditing spreadsheet models with formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and quality checks. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM and with QuotaPath or comparable commissions software. - Strong prioritization, clear communication with partners, and willingness to surface risks and decisions early. - Curiosity about AI and automation, with practical judgment about where it improves analysis and where it needs validation.
Benefits and work setup - Multiple health and dental plan options with full employee coverage and partial family coverage, plus vision insurance. - Incentive stock options and a 401(k) match of 4%. - Four weeks of PTO, increasing after the second year, plus twelve company holidays and two floating holidays. - Generous parental leave, FSA and HSA options, and short- and long-term disability coverage. - Annual professional development funds, community service funds, a quarterly wellbeing stipend, and a quarterly business expense stipend. - Mac laptop with a new-hire equipment stipend. - Remote-friendly culture with established flexible-work practices.
