Resident Solution Architect

Role overview This customer-facing technical role sits within a professional services team that helps enterprise clients adopt and optimize a modern data transformation platform. The position is embedded with strategic accounts, working on impactful projects that span implementation, configuration troubleshooting, architectural guidance, and long-term solution design.

Responsibilities - Lead implementation projects for enterprise customers, including troubleshooting configurations, instilling best practices, and solutioning short- and long-term customer requirements - Consult on architecture and design decisions for the data transformation platform - Drive adoption of the platform across strategic customer accounts - Collaborate with internal sales, solution architecture, training, and support teams - Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help prioritize requests and resolve engagement-specific issues - Develop deep product expertise in the data transformation platform and the broader modern data stack

Requirements - Substantial experience working with enterprise customers in post-sales, technical architect, or consulting roles - Deep expertise in at least one major cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift) - At least two years of experience with dbt, ideally including one year with the enterprise platform - Proficiency in SQL with some Python experience - Strong organizational skills and comfort managing scope, timelines, and multiple concurrent engagements - Clear, concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have - Analytics Engineering Certification - Ability to advise on database or adjacent infrastructure topics
