Role overview Lead complex programs that improve enterprise delivery, Agile practices, and execution across technology and business teams. The role combines hands-on program leadership with portfolio governance, helping teams align priorities, manage interdependent work, and deliver predictable outcomes across global initiatives.
Responsibilities - Manage programs end to end, keeping scope, timelines, budget, quality, and business objectives aligned. - Improve Agile delivery frameworks, team operating models, planning, execution discipline, and governance practices. - Establish portfolio reviews, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, milestone reporting, dashboards, and escalation processes. - Report program health, progress, and outcomes to executive stakeholders. - Partner with product, engineering, PMO, and senior leaders to prioritize work and coordinate resources across connected initiatives. - Remove blockers across global teams and contribute delivery standards and continuous improvement practices.
Requirements - At least 10 years of experience in delivery, program, portfolio, or related management roles leading complex enterprise initiatives. - At least 10 years leading Agile transformations, delivery model improvements, or scaled delivery practices in large organizations. - At least 10 years working with enterprise program delivery, portfolio governance, dependencies, executive reporting, and risk management. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information systems, engineering, project management, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may also qualify.
Nice to have - Experience in financial services, payments, or fintech. - Experience with portfolio and work management tools such as Jira, Clarity, or Azure DevOps. - A relevant certification, such as CSP, SAFe, or PMP.
Benefits and work setup The listed salary range is $136,000–$225,600 for New York and New Jersey; ranges may differ elsewhere. Incentive-eligible employees may receive an annual incentive in cash, equity, or a combination.
