Sr. Product Manager, Falcon Complete (Remote)

Role overview Lead product strategy and delivery for the internal platforms that support a managed detection and response service. The work focuses on helping security analysts investigate and respond to threats more efficiently while maintaining service quality and improving customer outcomes. This role partners with operational and technical teams and aligns its roadmap with the broader service strategy.

Responsibilities - Set the roadmap for investigation and triage tools, case management, and the analyst workbench. - Work with analysts and operations leaders to understand workflows and turn their needs into product requirements. - Guide AI and automation initiatives that reduce manual work and improve investigation speed and consistency. - Partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver improvements to triage, case workflows, reporting, and customer experience. - Track how product changes affect analyst productivity, response times, and customer outcomes. - Gather feedback from operations, support, and other stakeholders to inform future releases.

Requirements - At least five years of product management experience. - Technical product management experience suited to internal operational tools and platforms. - Ability to translate user workflows and pain points into clear product requirements and priorities. - Ability to work across engineering, data science, security operations, and product teams. - Judgment to balance urgent needs in a round-the-clock security environment with a durable roadmap.
