Responsibilities
- Analyse data and system issues to identify root causes, recurring patterns, and workable solutions. - Build tools, models, and analyses using Excel, SQL, R, or Python to support decision-making and operations. - Investigate reported incidents, query underlying databases, and assist with system testing and release activities. - Document findings clearly and communicate outcomes to both technical colleagues and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong analytical ability and structured, methodical working practices. - Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings to varied audiences. - Genuine interest in technology and data, with strong numeracy and the capacity to learn quickly. - Familiarity with at least one of Excel, SQL, R, or Python; prior systems experience is useful but not essential.
Nice to have
- Previous hands-on experience working with data systems, databases, or business intelligence tools. - Exposure to system testing, release processes, or working within a structured IT environment.
